2. Services offered

Printstead provides professional printing and graphic design services to customers in the UK.

3. Quotations and pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Orders and payment

All orders must be paid in full before printing or delivery. We accept payment by bank transfer or other approved methods as agreed.

5. Design approvals

Clients are responsible for approving all artwork before printing. Once approved, Printstead is not liable for errors or omissions in the final product.

6. Delivery

We use third-party delivery partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

7. Returns and refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the approved design. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

8. Intellectual property

All designs created by Printstead remain the intellectual property of Printstead unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-supplied artwork must not infringe on any third-party rights.

9. Liability

Printstead shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver our services or by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
